Another month of me procrastinating… mostly. I’ve worked on some non-writing projects, so that’s something at least.
And as of last night, I’ve finally broken through my writer’s block. And, what’s more is it happened in the strangest place I’ve ever written. (It’s not a strange place per se, just a strange place to work on writing).
I had to take one of my pets to the animal er last night. Just as we checked in, three pets in critical conditions checked in (it was a full moon last night), and we were warned it would be a wait. My poor little baby needed a doctor though, so we waited. And while we waited, I wrote part of a short story! I couldn’t believe it.
Anyway, my cat is okay, and I’ve broken my writer’s block! So, thank you full moon crazy energy!
Where is the strangest place you’ve ever written?
And on that note, here is this month’s short story of the month prompt:
A Ghost Story
It’s officially spooky season in my house, and yes, that means the halloween decor is out in full force. Don’t hate.
I hope whatever you’re working on is going well.
Happy reading and writing today and every day!
