It’s that time of year again where I make my list of goals. I have to admit that I’ve been dragging my feet about this because this year has been off to a slow start for me. It’s been really cold and not pleasant in the great KC area till this week, and the weather has made me want to do nothing.
I have been reading and gaming since the new year hit. It’s been wonderful. I’m already ahead on my reading for the year. I finished my January pile and part of my February stack already.
The weather took a turn for the better this week, and it’s making me want to move around a bit more and start getting things in motion. So, with that in mind, here is what I’ve come up with so far for this year:
- Read 52 books.
- Write 12 short stories.
- Complete chapter 3 of our DND campaign.
- Paint / redecorate the foyer.
- Complete my book stitch-a-long.
That’s all I’ve got so far. I’ll probably add to this list as the year goes, so I’m taking it slow until spring.
