This month cannot be almost over! It’s nuts! My house is in a state of chaos right now, and my office (where I normally work on my writing projects) is all piled into the dining room. I have my computer set up so that I can reach it, but nothing else that I need. (Whoops!)
We are getting a new floor in my office because we have a naughty puppy and old carpets that he thinks are a giant pee pad. And on top of that we have the basement all disorganized because we are putting up panels to cover the bare walls to create a spot for our teenager and her friends to hang out in. So, pretty much everything feels like a mess right now.
I’m not complaining, but whenever we work on home projects, my writing projects tend to fall behind, which is why there is less than a week left and I’m just now getting around to picking a prompt for this month.
So without further excuses, here is the prompt for the short story of the month:
“Drama In and Out of the Lab.”
This is an interesting one… I’m thinking maybe something sci-fi??? Who knows!
